Name:Christine Exley
Year Graduated:2009 First Job: Stanford University – working on Ph. D. in Economics |
Special Recognitions: UMW Darden Award Favorite Course: Multivariable Calculus… first class where everything I learned was new and just awesome. Memorable Experiences in the Classroom: I liked Dr. Mellinger and Dr. Edmunds. Both always made sure I could take any class I wanted, even if it meant creating one! I’ll never forget the first day of Real Analysis- found out that addition was not always commutative…this rocked my world. Why Should Somebody Study Mathematics at UMW? It’s a fun time while you’re at mary wash and will help you get employed/go to grad school after mary wash! |
