Scholarly and Professional Activities:

Dr. Leu has published research and contributed commentaries to the Journal of Current Southeast Asian Affairs, Issues & Studies, Pacific Affairs, East Asian Studies, and Tamkang International Review. She has also contributed to several books, such as East Asian Regional Integration and Challenges [Dongya quyu zhenghe yu tiaozhan] (2019), Introduction to Mainland China Studies [Zhongguo dalu gailun] (2020), and The Strategic Options of Middle Powers in the Asia-Pacific (2022). Previously, she was an assistant professor at the Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies at National Cheng-Chi University, in Taipei, Taiwan. She was also a visiting research fellow at the Institute of Political Science, Academic Sinicia, in Taiwan. Dr. Leu obtained a B.A and M.A. from National Taiwan University in Taipei, Taiwan.
