After obtaining a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from American University in 1992, I have been working as a specialist in treating people who have anxiety disorders. Before entering the doctoral program, I worked for several years in substance abuse and community mental health programs.
After finishing her Master’s in Elementary Education at UMW, Kelsey decided to switch career paths and become a Child Life Specialist. She recently started working in this field at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU.
