Introducing this year’s Graduate in Residence, Erin Kauffman!
The Department of Psychological Science has named Erin Kauffman ’11 its 2026 Graduate-in-Residence. A psychology and sociology major at Mary Washington, Kauffman went on to earn an M. Ed. and Ed.S. in School Psychology from The College of William & Mary.
Now a school psychologist with 12 years of experience serving students and families in one of the largest public school districts in the United States, her professional work has focused on psychoeducational and developmental assessment, MTSS implementation, behavioral intervention, and collaborative consultation within multidisciplinary teams.
