Please note:
- There will be a brief organizational meeting within the next two weeks to discuss the rehearsal schedule and other business. Please contact the stage manager, Rebecca Yee, at ryee@mail.umw.edu with any evening conflicts after 5 pm so she can schedule the meeting.
- When registering for Spring 2023 courses, you should add THEA 390: Theatre Practicum. You should not schedule any evening classes for the Spring semester.
- Please pick up your script from Rebecca Yee in the Management Office, duPont 331, prior to the first rehearsal. Rebecca’s hours vary. If you want to be certain she is available, email ryee@mail.umw.edu.
- Call the Costume Shop at 540-654-2011 to arrange to have your measurements taken. The Costume Shop is located beneath the stage (the Stage Door faces the back of Simpson Library on the Melchers side of duPont) room 129. The Costume Shop is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and again from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You need to have your measurements taken by 5:00 pm, Friday, September 2. You must call ahead. Otherwise there may be no one available to take your measurements.
