Please note:
- There will be a brief organizational meeting in January to discuss the rehearsal schedule and other business. Please contact the stage manager, Shannon Nichols at umwtheatresm2@gmail.com with your conflicts for that month and next semester.
- When registering for Spring 2023 courses, please be sure to add THEA 390: Theatre Practicum if you haven’t already. If you are carrying 18 credits, or if you have any challenges adding the course, contact Gregg Stull, gstull@umw.edu.
- Call the Costume Shop at 540-654-2011 the first week of classes in January to arrange to have your measurements taken. The Costume Shop is located beneath the stage (the Stage Door faces the back of Simpson Library on the Melchers side of duPont) room 129. The Costume Shop is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and again from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You need to have your measurements taken by 5:00 pm, Friday, January 13th. You must call ahead.
- Please pick up your script from Rebecca Yee in the Management Office, duPont 331, prior to the first rehearsal. Ms. Yee’s hours vary. If you want to be certain she is available, email ryee@mail.umw.edu. If you wish to pick up your script this week, please see Taryn Snyder in duPont 315.
