The Department of Psychological Science’s Out-of-Class experience major requirement may be fulfilled by completing:
- Forty hours of Community Service Learning
- Obtaining an Internship
- Interested in completing an internship during the summer? Learn about our Summer Internship Opportunities
- Participating in a research team (PSYC 491 and 492)

Completing one of the above options meets the University of Mary Washington’s College of Arts and Sciences’ General Education Requirement for Beyond the Classroom also.
