The Department of Geography will be holding a Spring Awards Banquet on Wednesday April 12, 2023, at Brock’s Riverside Grill, Fredericksburg! YOU are invited!

Students wishing to attend will pay $15 towards a meal with a retail cost of $45; the Geography Department will subsidize the remaining cost. There will be a sign-up deadline about 10 days before the banquet.
Dress is business casual, feel free to dress up.
At the banquet, we will announce our award-winners, we will hold an induction ceremony for Gamma Theta Upsilon, and we will celebrate the GTU students who are graduating.
There will be silly games, a fabulous view of the Rappahannock River, a buffet dinner with several meal options followed by dessert and coffee, and a chance to socialize with friends and faculty! We hope you will attend!
