The position is mid-level for someone with experience facilitating/coaching/providing technical assistance to individuals and organizations that are assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating policies and programs for racial equity. Policy Analyst
The program manager/policy analyst will be a part of a collaborative, horizontal, and intersectional team, helping to hold County government accountable for our commitment to racial equity and social justice. As a program manager, you will be facilitating the County’s commitment and strategy to be a racially equitable organization that develops, implements and measures racially equitable policies and practices. In addition, by measuring, tracking, and analyzing the effectiveness of racial equity initiatives, the employee will identify opportunities for new areas of focus.
