The Virginia Management Fellows program is a innovative and prestigious fellowship that features educational and hands-on learning seminars, a leadership certificate program, 8-month rotations in three state agencies, and a manager-level agency mentor for each of the rotations. Fellows also lead and direct service-learning initiatives. Upon successful completion of the program, Fellows are invited to apply to state positions.
