Requirements for the Applied Economics Major

Thirty-six (36) credits, to include

  • ECON 201B – Principles of Macroeconomics
  • ECON 202B – Principles of Microeconomics
  • ECON 300 – Introduction to Economic Analysis
  • ECON 303 – Microeconomics
  • ECON 304 – Macroeconomics
  • ECON 361A – Introductory Econometrics*
  • ECON 375 – American Economic History
  • ECON 460 – Applied Economic Analysis

*Either STAT 180 – Introduction to Statistics or ECON 361 –Introductory Econometrics

Twelve (12) additional credits in upper-level economics or business courses.

Or any Economics-related course in :
