We are the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at the University of Mary Washington.

Our department currently teaches seven languages from around the world:
Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish.

Not all classes are offered every semester. In order to make your transition easier, we have compiled a list of classes for those interested in majoring or minoring in: French  German or  Spanish
