The Department of Geography is hosting a picnic in Kenmore Park on Thursday! Starting at 4:30 pm, we’ll have sandwiches, chips, cookies and soft drinks. The weather will be beautiful and we hope to see Geographers, Geospatial Analysts, GISers and Friends there!
Kenmore Park is down the hill to the east – toward town. From Monroe, walk down to Sunken Road, along Monument Ave past Franklin and Littlepage, to Kenmore. Turn left and walk past the tennis & pickle ball courts. Turn right at Mary Ball St – we will be at the picnic benches under the trees, near the playground and wooded hill!
