From May 15-May 28, Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest will be holding its 2016 Architectural History/Architectural Restoration Field School. The program will teach 10 participants an overview of the philosophy, process, and techniques for museum-quality architectural restoration and conservation. This year, the history of Thomas Jefferson and his villa retreat, architectural investigation, documentation, and restoration techniques will be covered.
