Heritage Documentation Program offering prize competition

The Heritage Documentation Program is pleased to announce the Charles E. Peterson Prize Competition and the Leicester B. Holland Prize Competition. To enter the competition all you need to do is submit your best architectural drawing. The Peterson prize calls for a set of architectural measured drawings and the Holland Prize recognizes the best SINGLE sheet of drawing.

These drawings need to be submitted to the HABS Collection of the Library of Congress and will be judged base on drafting, composition, depiction of significant features, field records and dimensioning and annotation. Prizes range from $500-$3,000.

Entry forms are due by May 31, 2013 and completed entries are due June 1, 2013.
