General Chemistry
General Chemistry I (CHEM111) and II (CHEM112) cover the fundamental concepts and theories of chemistry required for advanced study in the sciences. Students wishing to enroll in CHEM111 must first take the Chemistry Placement Test. Depending on your test score, either CHEM111 or Foundations of Chemistry (CHEM101) would be the recommended introductory course. Syllabi for the courses taught by individual instructors are available below.
