To be admitted to the Bachelor of Liberal Studies (BLS) program, applicants must satisfy at least one of the listed qualifications and have previous college coursework with a minimum grade-point average (GPA). Students must meet these admission criteria to be admitted to the BLS program.
Qualifications
BLS is an adult degree completion program intended for non-traditional students. To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following characteristics:
- Age 24 or older as of the first day of the term in which you intend to enroll
- Veteran or active duty member of the U.S. Armed Forces
- Financially self-supporting
- Legal dependents other than a spouse
Coursework Requirement
Applicants must demonstrate their ability to succeed in college-level coursework by showing a minimum GPA of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale) in their previous college coursework.
