UMW Certamen 2019 is scheduled to be held on the campus of Mary Washington on Saturday, February 2.

Dear Latin Teachers,

The Classics, Philosophy, and Religion Department and Classics Club of the University of Mary Washington would like to invite you to a regional Certamen on February 10th, 2018 at the University. This is for schools in the Fredericksburg area, or ones that are rather close, such as Faquier, Orange and Stafford.

We encourage all Middle Schools and High School Certamen teams to come to the University of Mary Washington for this fun event!

Registration information:

*   Fees: $15 per team
*   Deadline: January 25th, 2019, 5 pm
*   Check-in/Registration goes from 8:30 – 9:00 AM on February 2nd in Combs Hall
*   register online 

Checks may be made out to the University of Mary Washington (in the memo section please write “Classics Club”).  To send in your checks before the day of the Certamen, please address them to
