The Leidecker Center for Asian Studies invites you to participate in its annual “Gardens for Peace” event, as participating Japanese Zen Gardens throughout North America sponsor events to honor the UN’s International Day of Peace (Sept. 21).
Join us for the following events, all of which will take place in the UMW Zen Garden behind James Farmer Hall (weather permitting):
1. Wed. 9/27 at noon: Guided Walking Meditation in the Garden
2. Wed. 10/4 at noon: Brief meditation and Zen Ensō Circle Painting
