Colonial Williamsburg Antiques Forum Scholarships

The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is pleased to once again offer
scholarships to attend the 65th annual Antiques Forum held February 22-26,
2013. While scholarships typically cover registration costs, we are
especially excited to offer housing as an additional part of this year¹s
award.
The program, ³What¹s Old is New Again: Celebrating Antiques in America² will
gather acclaimed curators, dealers, and museum directors from across the
United States to share their most recent findings and insights in the fine
and decorative arts of the 18th and 19th centuries. Scheduled speakers
include David Houston, curatorial director at the new Crystal Bridges
Museum, Michael Brown, curator of the renowned Bayou Bend collection, and
leading silver dealer Timothy Martin.
For detailed information about this year¹s upcoming Antiques Forum and to
apply online for scholarship, please visit www.history.org/conted. Please
note the deadline for submitting materials is FRIDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2012.
As always, please contact me with any questions or concerns.
