Virginia Schools of Medicine

Premedical students interested in attending medical school have options for in-state or out of state medical education. Many students decide on in-state for financial considerations. However students should not discount out of state schools which may have tuition on par with with in state schools. Financial aid is available and all schools of medicine will include financial advising to their students. Students are advised to research medical schools to find those with the mission and educational focus that is right for them. Attendance at open houses, whether in person or virtually allows students to find our more about specific schools.
