Our students and faculty have learned from special visitors who present their research, careers, or interests.  Alumni and Friends of UMW who would like to present a seminar, host a tour of a facility, provide an internship opportunity, or create an outreach activity, please contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make a Monetary Donation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Over the years several alumni who majored in physics have donated funds to the university to be used by the physics program. These funds have helped to establish physics awards, to purchase teaching aids and equipment beyond that provided through the annual operating budget, to help defray the expense of equipment maintenance, and to help support the individual research program in physics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We want to again thank those of you who have contributed in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
