Warren Rochelle


Warren Rochelle’ research interests focuses on the literature of speculative fiction, especially science fiction and fantasy and their rhetorical intersections with myth, utopia and dystopia, and sexuality. Dr. Rochelle’s most frequently taught courses include Introduction to Creative Writing, Creative Writing: Fiction, Creative Writing: Senior Seminar, Fiction, Writing Studies, and J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis. In his creative he explores such thematic interests and questions as sexuality in fantasy and science fiction, the Other, what it means to be human, and retelllings of traditional fairy tales.  Website.
