According to the 15th edition of the Chicago Manual of Style, DVDs and videocassettes are cited as follows:

1. “The Common Word,” Henry V, DVD, directed by Kenneth Branagh (1989; Santa Monica, CA: MGM Home Entertainment, 2000). [If referring to a specific chapter in the film.]

2. The American Experience: The Orphan Trains, VHS, directed by Janet Graham and Edward Gray (Alexandria, VA: PBS Home Video, 1995).
