The Central Rappahannock Heritage Center and HFFI Are Releasing a New Book

This Sunday, October 27, the Central Rappahannock Heritage Center and the Historic Fredericksburg Foundation will be releasing their book “The Circle Unbroken: Civil War Letters of the Knox Family of Fredericksburg.” This book is a collection of letters of the Knox family who lived in the house that is now the Kenmore Inn during the Civil War. These letters are a great sources from the Civil War and show the great struggle of living in Fredericksburg during the war. On Sunday from 3 to 5 pm, there will be a free book release event at the Kenmore Inn. Guests will be able to enjoy self guided tours of the inn, wine & hors d’oeuvres catered by the Kenmore Inn and a chance to be the first to purchase the book. RSVPs for this event are suggested.
