Jon Pineda Lights It Up

Professor Pineda's third poetry collection, LITTLE ANODYNES, was selected by Nikky Finney, winner of the National Book Award, for the Palmetto Poetry Series and will be published in March 2015 by the University of South Carolina Press.  Recently, he was a featured panelist at the Association of Writers and Writing Programs conference , and a featured reader at the VA Festival of the Book.  In May, he will be a panelist and guest novelist at the SC Book Festival and  will join the creative writing faculty for the 2014 Tinker Mountain Writers' Workshop at Hollins University. … [Read more...]
