Congratulations Dr. Ray for being one of the UMW faculty to receive the Waple Professorship Award for her project ” Supporting Student Success in Introductory Economics Courses”. This award was named after UMW alum Shirley Van Epps Waple 52′, the professorship honors excellence in teaching, research and scholarship across various disciplines at the university. The award will provide Dr. Ray a chance to produce new, vital knowledge for the economics department.
