Each student matriculating into the BLS Program, beginning fall 2003 must complete three Across the Curriculum requirements. These may be met by general education courses, major, or elective courses.
An ATC course must be pre-approved by the appropriate faculty committee and must appear in the official online list of courses in Banner for the semester in which the course is taken. ATC courses must be taken for graded credit (not pass/fail). The specific ATC requirements for BLS students are listed below. Consult the link within each area for courses that historically meet each requirement.
Transferring ATC courses
Transferable credit may count toward ATC requirements. However, courses not already designated as speaking or writing intensive by transfer articulation agreements must be approved by the appropriate faculty committee. See the following links for more information.
